The GetSorted® Wardrobes Warranty covers our products for a minimum of 12 months up to lifetime (depending on the item – see details below) from the purchase date.
Warranty claims cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. Damage or faults occurring as a result of misuse, accident, or wear and tear are not covered by our Warranty Policy.
If the product is still under warranty then the repair will be at our expense including the freight to return the repaired or replacement product. If the warranty period for the product has expired then we can still have the product repaired, however, the cost of the repair will be payable to the customer. We will discuss any costs involved with a repair with you.
In addition to our standard GetSorted® Wardrobes Warranty, specific product range warranties may also cover a claim. Please see a list of additional warranties below.
At GetSorted® Wardrobes we standby the quality of our products. In the event that there is an issue with the goods:

If you cancel before your order is dispatched you will receive a full refund.
If goods have left our warehouse the freight costs back to us are required to be covered by the purchaser.
Once the goods have been received we will check all items and as long as they are in suitable condition for re-sale we will issue a full refund.
If goods have been used/opened or for whatever reason they are not in a suitable condition for resale we will deduct an amount to cover this reduction in value and reimburse the remaining. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.
The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by EzyNeezy Ltd. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
