These Terms (and the provision of goods and services by us) are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with New Zealand law. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.


The GetSorted® Wardrobes website is intended to provide information for people shopping our products and accessing our services, including making purchases via our website.

While we endeavour to supply accurate information on this site, errors and omissions may occur. GetSorted® Wardrobes does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained on this site. You are solely responsible for the actions you take in reliance on the content on, or accessed, through this site.

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, GetSorted® Wardrobes makes no warranties in relation to the merchant ability, fitness for purpose, freedom from computer virus, accuracy or availability of this web site or any other web site.

Errors and Omissions

GetSorted® Wardrobes is not responsible for typographical errors. GetSorted® Wardrobes reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the getsortedwardrobes.co.nz site concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered.

Incorrect Bank Account Number

GetSorted® Wardrobes gives the customer the choice to pay for products through bank transfer. If the Customer credits money to the incorrect bank account number, and the correct number was provided to the Customer by GetSorted® Wardrobes, then GetSorted® Wardrobeswill not accept any responsibility for correcting payment and goods will not be dispatched by GetSorted® Wardrobes until EGetSorted® Wardrobes has received payment in full.

Stock Availability

All items sold via the GetSorted® Wardrobes website are subject to availability and GetSorted® Wardrobes reserves the right not to accept or cancel any order for products that are out of stock. We will aim to deliver your product within 10 working days to most areas. Delivery to rural addresses and the lower South Island can take longer.

Cancellation Policy

Please email or call Wayne on 021 444 894 immediately if you wish to cancel your order.  If you cancel before your order is dispatched you will receive a full refund. If goods have left our warehouse the freight costs back to us will have to be covered by the customer. Once the goods have been received we will check all items and as long as they are in saleable condition we will issue a full refund. If goods have been used/opened or for whatever reason they are not in a saleable condition we will deduct an amount to cover this reduction in value and reimburse the remaining. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or manmade eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

Changes to the GetSorted® Wardrobes Terms and Conditions

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by changing or removing existing terms or adding new ones. Changes may take the form of a completely new policy. We will tell you about any changes by posting an updated policy on our website. Any change we make applies from the date we post it on the website.

The Customer shall indemnify GetSorted® Wardrobes against any loss of or damage to property which is lost due to the act or omission of the customer. GetSorted® Wardrobes shall not be liable to the Customer for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use or performance of products or services from GetSorted® Wardrobes, even if GetSorted® Wardrobes has been advised of their possibility. In no case shall GetSorted® Wardrobes maximum liability exceed the cost of the relevant original order.
